Location perfect 👌 staff response perfect 👌

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Brussels old town district, which is practically on its doorstep. The room was very clean, facilities were excellent and there was a separate shower cubicle and bath.

The location cannot be any better. It is a minute walk from the grand place(adjacent to St Huberts Galerie) but in a comparable quiet corner. We arrived on a national holiday and one of the apartment keys did not work. We called and in 15 minutes there was someone to help.

1. Location: The location is amazing. It is right next to the Grand place and very close to the Brussels Central station. 2. Rooms: We had taken two rooms - a bigger room with kitchen and a smaller room. Both of them were quite clean, tidy and with comfy beds 3. Staff and communication - the staff were very nice, and there was regular communication from them to ensure we are comfortable

I loved how central the apartment was however still quiet at night time no disruption to sleep. The bed was super comfortable and huge! Coffee machine and free supplies but only limited but coffee shop just over the road fixed this issue!! 5 minute walk to grand place and next door to Galleries Royal st Hubert. Brilliant location don’t have anything bad to say!!
